When should I order airport transportation?
We recommend booking your transfer at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. To ensure timely pickup and delivery to the airport, it is better to plan in advance.
What airports do you serve?
We serve all major airports in the region.
How do I recognize my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it and will meet you in the arrivals hall. We will send you meeting details before your departure.
What are the payment options?
It is not possible to pay for the delivery with payment cards.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We monitor current flight information and will adjust pick-up times as necessary. If your flight is delayed or canceled, please let us know as soon as possible.
Is it possible to order transportation for groups?
Yes, we also provide transportation for groups. We have a 9-seater van available.
Do you also provide child seats?
Yes, we provide child seats upon request. Please indicate this request when ordering transportation.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or change your order. Please inform us at least 12 hours before your scheduled departure so that we can make the requested changes without charge.
